Medicolegal Experience : He has prepared reports for the last 12 years encompassing a wide range of issues including medical negligence and personal injury, whiplash, caude – equine syndrome, complex regional pain syndromes, persistent surgical pain, nerve injury following anaesthesia and nerve blocks and the use of steroids.
Instructions : He has been instructed for claimants, defendant, as joint expert and attended court.
CEPD : He has attended report advanced report writing course in 2005. He has attended Clinical Negligence conference by BPP 2010 and regular annual medicolegal conferences. He has lectured to several law firms & medico legal conferences on Medicolegal aspects of pain and spines.
Appointments : Usually able to see clients within one month. Can by special arrangement be seen sooner if necessary.
Reports : Within a further 6 weeks.
Fees : Charged at £300 + VAT per hour
Time : Average time spent on a case is between 5-12 hours depending on complexity.
